Wherever you office, you need the tools to help you be successful. At Plaza Suites, we provide these tools as part of your lease. There is no need to schedule connection dates with another company. Your office will be provided with a high speed internet connection at no extra cost. Your telephone line will be active with a phone set as part of your lease. Our receptionist will answer your incoming phone calls using your company's name and can forward calls to you anywhere in the world. Plaza Suites' mission is to help you conduct your business in the professional manner you require.

• Prestigious Business Address. All our Plaza Suites are located on the main business corridor in Buffalo with one in the middle of downtown.
• Traditional Furnishings. All offices come furnished with a traditional styled executive desk and lateral file cabinet. Some offices also include bookcases as well as small conference tables. Desk and Guest chairs are included.
• Professional Reception Services. Our professional receptionist will answer incoming calls any way you want them. She can also forward incoming calls to you in the field. Your Guests and Clients are greeted in a courteous manner and can wait in our comfortable waiting areas while you are summoned.
• Telephone Service. Your office will be provided with a 2 line phone set capable of 3 way conference calling, speed dialing, internal calling, the ability to transfer calls and more.
• Voice Mail. Our phone system provides you with 24/7 access to your secured voice mail. Access your voice mail from anywhere.
• High Speed Internet. Each office is provided with a high speed internet connection with cat-5 cable networking capability.
• Conference Room. Every Plaza Suites has a first class conference room for seating up to 25 people. Each room has wireless internet connection and Visual/Audio aids for presentations.
• Utilities. All leases include utilities including air conditioning.

• Kitchen Facilities. All Plaza Suites are equipped with a kitchen including a refrigerator and microwave.
• Mail/Packaging Handling. Our in-house postage meter makes mailing your documents as simple as handing them to your receptionist.
• Access to Copy Machine. Tenants are assigned an access code for self-use of the copy machine.
• Access to Fax Machine. Our common fax machine is available to all tenants.
